"A&E Mistreatement is unforgivible"

About: Chelsea & Westminster Hospital

I was put under the care of the A&E by ambulance staff (very helpful person). I suffer from long standing chronic pain but Friday the 14th 2015 was a day that I will not forget, not only because of the unbearable pain but mostly because of the A&E staff at CW Hospital. I was put in a cubicle and due to the pain I was unable to move an inch, I lost control of the mouthpiece that allows to administer the morphine needed and asked the staff present to help and they refused and said "you can do it yourself and left the cubicle, I struggled with my dizziness and pain until I got the mouthpiece into my mouth and as soon I did they came back and force it out of my mouth and said with sarcasm you just said you couldn't put it. This person then took me to another member of staff who as soon as I started crying to the unbearable pain, said that "she can see that I was trained with sarcasm" ...Trained to what is my question? the pain was 10/10, I was unable to to open my eyes to see them, everything for me was a huge effort. They treated me so badly... no compassion or mercy. No heartless person should be allowed to work at a hospital, let alone A&E. I have requested the name of the person in question but was denied the name. The story is much worse than that but I am still not able to write it in full. I hope that no other person will suffer as I did at the hands of the CW A&E staff in the future and when I am feeling able to contact the right people I will definitely will play a role in that.
