(as a relative),

My mother had an appointment at the clinic and an ambulance came to collect her for this appointment. My mother, whom is 93, felt compelled to ask me to ring and say how wonderful the drivers Kieran and Anthony were both so nice. They really went out of their way to help and were just great.

We both felt it right to ring up and praise them - thankyou so much.

It is also so very rewarding to hear examples of our staff's continuing excellent practice.
