"ER horrible!"

ER visit was Horrible! Waited 6.5 hours and still was not seen. The bathroom was More disgusting than a Gas Station bathroom. A woman in the waiting room appearing passed out, not moving, had thrown up on herself and the floor and was left in it. A man next to her had to walk up to the desk and ask to get her help. That desk person got annoyed at him and just made a phone call to housekeeping to clean the floor up! No one helped her! Another man had been there for 4 hours and asked a desk person for status update. This desk person was also annoyed at him and gave him an attitude which caused A shouting Match between them. The area where blood work was drawn was horrible. There was trash everywhere such as needle caps, the alcohol wipes they use, the wrappers. Just thrown all over the floor. The tech was stepping on it as they moved around. A couple came In with thier dog. No one told them to remove the dog. They checked them in and told them to have a seat. They were allowed the dog. This was Not a service dog either! It was a little chihuahua. An elderly man was brought in confused, disoriented, didn't know where he was. They left him sit in a chair. After an Hour he became annoyed, scared. He started getting loud. The security guard drew their club and threatened him. For what? Shouting out of fear? For not knowing what's going on? Not receiving help? This place was a Nightmare. Unlike the couple, I wouldn't even take my dog there.
