What could be improved

nurses that showed interest and make sure the elderly could feed themselves. provide food and water. give antibiotics for pneumonia before waiting 3 days for test results. not to lie that patients brains had shrunk or otherwise try to convince relatives that patients were senile when they certainly were not, in order to withdraw water and food and antibiotics

Anything else?

after all this not to take the dying patient for ct scan that kills them quicker in the process
