The staff are very rude. My sister got stabbed at the weekend I have her children and they keep talking to me like crap. Making out I'd already phoned and been told what ward she was on when I haven't at all, I phoned just to be put on hold constant. It's discusting. Don't Evan know how she is as she's no phone! She doesn't know my number or she would of phoned!

Dear Sara, First of all,

I am sorry you did not get a response at the time, some problems with the website meant we did not see your comments at the time.

I am sorry you were upset by the way staff spoke to you and didn't feel we were doing all we could to help, that is not how we want family and friends to be treated. I do hope your sister has recovered from that very upsetting injury., and please accept our sincere apologies.
