"ward 1 excellent care"

About: Heartlands Hospital

Having read previous reviews I was worried about my Mother going to Ward 1 however I have since reached the conclusion only people with a gripe post a review. My mother's experience was excellent, staff were efficient, friendly and informative, I had travelled some miles to be there and with their large workload they still found time to look after me too. This experience has changed my view of Heartlands Hospital, thank you to all the staff on Ward 1

thank you very much for your comments regarding your mother's recent admission to Ward 1 at Heartlands Hospital.

I am so pleased that you and your mother as the patient were happy with their experience and that you found the staff to be helpful, efficient, friendly and informative.

It is a very difficult time when a loved one is in hospital and I am very glad that you felt the staff were also supportive to you as a relative.

I will forward your comments to Tracy Nash, Matron for Gynaecology at Heartlands Hospital who will ensure that your feedback is communicated to all of the staff on Ward 1, and I am sure they will be thrilled to read your comments. All of the staff work very hard to ensure a positive patient experience at what is a worrying time.

I hope my actions are acceptable, and once again thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, it is important to us. I do hope that your mother is recovering well and I extend my best wishes to her.
