About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

My daughter was seen on two separate occasions by Drs in the ENT department, my daughter was nervous to begin with but was soon put at ease. The consultant explained everything to my daughter and myself. And was reassuring. Excellent work thank you. Also found the nurses were very good at keeping patients updated with waiting times, and the fact that the numbers aren't called in sequence being documented on a white board is a great idea to.

It is encouraging to hear that both you and your daughter had such good care and especially that your daughter was put at ease. I am also very pleased to hear that the methods used by our staff to communicate waiting times and an explanation about the order in which patients are taken into the clinic was useful to you. I will ensure your comments are fed back to the staff in the clinic as I know that they will be pleased to be appreciated and that their good ideas are improving the experience our patients have in the hospital.
