"Promised an appointment.. 4 months on still..."

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I saw the ENT for my tinnitus. Following the appointment I was promised an appointment with the specialist. 4 months later.. nothing. I chased them up thru my gp. Still nothing. Poor comms all round. Plus the ENT had no idea what caused my tinnitus.
