My grandaughter had to have a spell on Kingfisher Ward...i cannot say enough how well we were treated..the nurses were all so very nice and went out of their way to make her stay as comfortable as possible...my daughter ..who stayed with her...was treated with the same care...they were honestly some of the best nurses we have ever encountered..the doctors were also excellent and had a superb bedside manner to accomodate my almost 3 year old grandaughter....cant praise the staff enough..a marked difference from the rsch where we live...l

Dear Mrs Smith Thank you for posting such lovely comments on how well the team on Kingfisher cared for your granddaughter, daughter and you. It can be very frightening coming into hospital, especially as a child; I sometimes think that applies even more so for the parents and grandparents. I was so pleased to read your granddaughter was treated kindly and that the staff went out of their way to make her stay as comfortable as possible. It was also lovely to read that they are some of the best nurses you have encountered. I hope your granddaughter is continuing to make a good recovery.
