"Outpatient consultation"

My consultation was a complete disaster, the consultant was the most obnoxious health provider I have ever met. I was left in tears as they basically accused me of lying about my condition even though they had the proof of hospital details sitting in my case file on their desk, Shame the doctor didn't read them thoroughly before my appointment. They insisted that they would not refer me for surgery only to contact my GP the following week saying if my symptoms stayed the same over the next month to then refer me for surgery? I am now back to square one with yet another app to see a consultant for the same thing only in a diff hospital which has put me back three months. This consultant has wasted precious time in my treatment. I would never go to this hospital again.
