(as the patient),

Following variable experiences of care during my pregnancy/labour, we were delighted to be visited several times at home by Sue Westwood, Community Midwife.

Sue was calm, polite, professional and knowledgeable, answering all of our queries patiently. She was able to reference recent research to support advice given and enable us to make informed decisions.

She involved my husband in conversations, seeking his opinion as well as mine, which was fantastic as he'd been almost excluded during previous appointments. Additionally, she was wonderful with our daughter and a whizz at putting nappies on!

The team work hard to provide a positive patient experience for our patients and their families and we value your feedback.
