On Monday 6th July I was admitted to hospital for a left sided revision mastoid operation. I wish to express my sincere thanks to all staff who were envolved in my procedure, from the recovery nurses, aneathetist, nurses on Downtown Ward but my biggest thanks goes to my amazing ENT consultant whose skill and professionalism is a credit to the Hospital, they always had a smile no matter how busy they were and will always explain what they were doing. I was very lucky to have my BA Ha hearing aid fitted by them in 2013 and I can never thank them enough for this, my hearing will always be poor, but my hearing is so much improved. I am very proud to be a patient of this hospital,... Well done everyone and thank you so much for making my previous stay a pleasant one.
