I had an excellent experience using The A & E Dept at Barnet Hospital today. Having attending two other NHS facilities this week in an attempt to avoid A&E I was finally sent by my GP. I was astonished by the speed, efficiency and kindness shown by all the staff I encountered. From the reception staff, to the the triage GP to the on-call radiologist, everyone took the time to answer my queries and concerns and treat me with respect. I was seen, had an X-ray and had a follow up consultation all within 30 minutes. An excellent service with fabulous staff.
