"Using blood testing service only"

Used this surgery for a routine blood test. The testing area did not look particularly well maintained or clean. Practitioner working on their own. Was able to get needle in straight away but during the test and removal of needle, caused pain and bruising. I was unable to move my arm without pain for over a week and the bruising was substantial. Totally unacceptable amount of damage caused during a routine procedure.
