"Oak ward - allergy testing"

Bubs had allergy testing today in the Oak ward. The ward was clean, the staff amazing and attentive meeting the needs of the range of age groups. Security access is tight which is reassuring when it comes to kids. All children receiving treatment or being prep for operations where informed what was going to happen to them in a tatictful manner (by the use of aids) but no scare mongering to help manage their anxiety and those of the parents. I was blown away by the amazing care by the staff
