"Sandbourne day surgery unit"

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital

I was fortunate enough to attend the above day surgery unit yesterday as part of ongoing treatment for a foot problem. From start to finish I was treated with the utmost courteousness, kept informed throughout and was delighted at the personal care afforded me by all staff from reception through nursing, theatre, recovery and back to Sandbourne. Without exception the team were friendly, informative, professional and caring. So often people are quick to criticise the work these people do, as an ex blue light responder I would have been proud to have worked with these guys. I would be extremely grateful if you would pass my comments on to the respective teams please.
