"Excellent Service"

I attended A&E at St. Richards during the afternoon, during the week as a result of an accident, cutting my thumb which resulted in a large flap of skin left hanging. Although it was not a serious emergency, it was beyond a DIY sticking plaster job and required professional attention. From Checking in to Triage and subsequent treatment, I was on the way home in just under 1hr. Staff from Reception, Triage and Treatment were extremely kind, friendly and efficient and even though I apologised for attending with such a minor injury, they reiterated I did the right thing in visiting them.
