About: Bromley Healthcare / Falls and fracture prevention service

(as the patient),

I would just like to say that since my GP recommended for me to go to the falls clinic at Beckenham Beacon I was seen to very quickly and efficiently.

They have had nurses come round to my home. Also we had Tracey sent to us to assess our home and have different things installed to help me with my walking up stairs in the bath and also to help me get out of bed.

They have given me exercises to do which they check to make sure I am doing them properly. They have given me more confidence in myself.

I would like to thank Carol Judy Tracy Kathleen and anybody else I have forgotten. Thank you for all that you are doing for me
