"A great improvement"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Continence advisory service

(as the patient),

Referred by my GP to the incontinence clinic on Spaines Road- given exercises which I am doing daily, hourly, and a great improvement!

Felicity Kendall was good.

Thanks for your comments which really help us with our aim to spread the word and 'help people help themselves'.

GP's refer to the continence service but we actually have an 'open access' policy which means anyone with a bladder, bowel or pelvic floor problem can refer themselves. It sounds too good to be true but a few simple exercises done regularly can result in a real improvement in symptoms! Felicity is one of our team of specialist nurses- they all do a fantastic job.

Oh didn't know about the open access - special nursing indeed!
