"Breast Screening Unit - call back for more tests"

About: Seacroft Hospital

I attended a routine mammogram, and then got called back in for second stage screening, which was at the Breast Screening Unit, at Seacroft Hospital. I just wanted to express my thanks to all the staff. They were all kind, friendly and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and I was supported throughout the whole process. I was very impressed by how the staff worked together, and made me feel part of what was going on. I felt that I was listened to, and that everyone genuinely cared. Thanks again to everyone I met at the clinic. You do the NHS proud.

Dear Anonymous,

Thank you for taking the time to reflect on your experience and write to us, I was absolutely delighted to read your post. I have passed your post onto the business manager for the breast screening unit and have asked that it be shared with all the staff so that they too can be aware of the great work that they are doing.

It is one of our main goals to ensure that the trust provides safe, quality and effective care to all our patients and I am extremely pleased to know that we are reaching that goal.

With kind regards

Rosie
