What I liked

individuals amongst the staff were very caring and helpful

What could be improved

hygiene !

4 times (different nurses including deputy ward sisters) I asked for the 'call button' to be left next to my great aunt ... this was ignored on every occasion

I raised this to the senior management that have said it will take six weeks to deal with

ridiculous !

The Trust takes the experiences of patients and visitors to our hospitals very seriously and we aim to provide a safe, caring and effective service.
