"Far too hot but top marks for the staff"

About: Specialist Nursing Services / Special needs dental service/Community Dental Service

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The waiting room and the surgery were so warm that I felt as if I were going to pass out. The staff were so hot I don't know how they work in those conditions and if it had been myself I would have walked out.

The staff tried to make sure that I was looked after when I felt ill. Top marks for the staff.

I think this problem at Clifton Dental Clinic should be sorted out as soon as possible.

We are very sorry that you felt the conditions too warm in the dental department at Clifton Cornerstone. There are a number of fans around Reception and the surgeries but the heat in the waiting room area can be very warm. We understand it is an anxious time for patients when waiting to see the dentist.

We will pass on your comments to our Health Centre Manager as we, as a department, are unfortunately unable to make any further improvements with regards to the high temperature.
