After visiting my nan who is in the bairn ward of the conquest hospital I am absolutely shocked by the level of care and communication between senior doctors/nurses and patients and their family. The level of care is unforgivable considering my nans condition and the circumstances in which she cannot move and the medication is making her delirious, and no medication is making any difference to the severity of the pain. Cleanliness is also at a high as she had half empty milk drink that was sat on a table in a warm ward for over 2 days, good job she didn't drink it as she has no immune system due to 2 weeks of antibiotics. That are clearly working a treat as her chest infection and bone infections are still there.
"Undeniably the worst care and attitudes"
