I was admitted for a pre-planned operation yesterday, as a day case. Staff in Admissions Unit, theatres,recovery and day surgery were kind and compassionate but also professional and efficient. I was fully informed of what was happening throughout my stay. All areas I was in looked spotlessly clean. I felt very safe during my stay.
