"Visit for a walk-in blood test and an Xray"

I was impressed with the efficiency and speed and professionalism of everyone I had dealings with in the reception, blood test and in the X-ray department. In blood test, they gave an estimate of time you had to wait, but actually I was seen within minutes. Then I walked along to the X-ray department, where my GP had only sent through an electronic request for me to have an X-ray the previous day. Again I expected a long wait. However, I was X-rayed within 20 minutes. Thank you
