"Exceptional care, compassion and professionalism."

In July, I injured myself, and was admitted to A&E. As I work in the hospital, I am quite well known. My treatment throughout the entire process was absolutely outstanding, I cannot express how valued I felt. The staff in the Acute ward where amazing, and were constantly working to ensure the comfort of all the patients. It was strange to see it from the patients side, as I normally have things to do when ever I visit the wards. Carolyn and her team deserve the utmost praise. Talking to other patients on the ward, makes me feel very proud to be part of NHS Orkney, as they both felt the same as I do.
