What I liked

I could not fault the care and treatment i received upon my most recent visit. I was involved at all times by Surgeons and senior staff who in turn were abley backed up by other members of staff.

I have been attending this hospital for the last 8 weeks following my diagnosis, all along i have been treated with respect and kept informed at all times.Well done and keep it up.

What could be improved

Maybe staffing levels are stretched a bit too much.

Listening to all areas of staff you get the feeling that the hospital is not far away from achieveing it's goal, but, more staff in most areas would appear to be welcomed.

Anything else?

Unfortunately, upon leaving the hospital late on a Saturday afternoon, the automated car park ticket machines, one was out of order and the other one needed constantly re-setting and there was only one member of staff to see to all the confusion and complaints. Surely we could go back to the old fashioned method of a human being manning the exits?
