I recently had a great experience at the JR, with friendly staff in Neurology departments who went out of their way to help make my outpatient treatments stress-free. I really appreciate the assistance that ended up reducing my waiting times.

As a Trust we strive to ensure that each patient has the most positive experience possible when coming to our hospitals. Waiting times are an issue we are constantly struggling with so we're glad to hear that your wait was reduced.
