About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

My dad came here after getting knocked off his bike by a black cab , he was in a pretty bad way with broken ribs and plevis , broken leg , both arms broke but one is worse then the other one the one they say will take three hours todo even tho his arm and elbow will never work the same again . I've sat here days on end to listen to them tell my dad his op as been cancelled not once or twice but five times now and the reasons they have give us is shocking like the fact he can't have it done becoz the doctor who is doing it is too tired todo it today or it was they haven't got the equipment todo it but if I was todo a job I would make sure I had everything I need todo that job ! This mri is a joke I'm ashamed to even say I was born here , and not to mention that I've look after my dad since he as been here and done there job for them the lack of care is disgusting in here and all I want is for them todo there job right and treat people with the same care as if it was there mum or dad
