"I was admitted via A&E after ..."

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was admitted via A&E after my legs had been run over and was given skin graft grafts. I was amazed by the quality of the infrastructure, the single-sex wards, the cleanliness and, above all, the quality of surgical treatment and nursing care

What could be improved

Absolutely nothing.

Anything else?

I have had a long experience of many hospitals, in both private and state sectors, in London, Paris, Brussels, New York, Buenos Aires, Spain and elsewhere. The contrast with what we are accustomed to in Surrey could not have been greater - we were sorely tempted to move home!
