"Terrible"

About: Langley Green Hospital

Was told that they could not give me any duvet or pillows as it was too late in the night I was given a thin sheet as a duvet. Room was filthy. Staff are so rude and unorganized. Things are frequently lost. Staff spend most of the time sitting around watching TV. Staff are not bothered about how you are feeling, they never bother with one to ones. It is the worst most terrible awful place you could ever be unlucky enough to find yourself in.

Dear Anonymous I was truly sorry to read your review and know that the Matron for Langley Green, Natalie Cadman will feel the same. As the Executive Director of Nursing I visit the hospital regularly and by coincidence am spending this afternoon there, visiting all the wards together with Natalie. We would never want our patients to feel as you do about the service we provide and if you felt able to tell us more about what happened we would be grateful and I hope, able to ensure that if things are wrong we put them right. My mobile number is 07770 971610 and my email is helen.greatorex@sussexpartnership.nhs.uk. Do please contact me if you feel able. Best Wishes Helen Greatorex Executive Director of Nursing & Quality Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
