"Endoscopy Dept - avoid!!!"

I'll keep this brief as I have put in a complaint. Appointment time was 14:20, didn't get seen till around 14:45 although I was the first appointment that afternoon. Dr appeared to have an abrupt manner, both in body language and the way they spoke to me. Staff argue and swear at each other at the work station. Staff member said I could remove my cannula!!! Staff member said I could get dressed even though I was in my own clothes. My overall experience of that department was that I truly believe that the staff there are not customer/patient focused at all and that is totally wrong, most people who go there, it's their first time, like it was mine, I was nervous enough and didn't feel comfortable at all. I chose Homerton as I thought it would be a better hospital then the one in my own borough and I was regretting it.
