"Hernia Repair (Day Surgery)"

I would like to thank all who were involved in my treatment and care when I had my operation. From my first appointment for assessment to my discharge after an overnight stay ( I live alone ) everything went very smoothly. Perhaps it is just me, but what I particularly liked was the fact that, whilst all the staff were very responsible and professional, they also had a sense of humour. Going into hospital for an operation, no matter how routine, is pretty daunting, and I was very nervous. Humour helped to calm my nerves.
