Well done derriford not only was I told by your doctors last year that the paralysis down left side had been left too long and that the paralysis may be permanent and wanted me in in a matter of wks not months. You gave me pre op assessment Xmas then two months ago was told my mri was now out of date and had to be redone which I had and now wks layer am informed my pre op assessment is now out of date so needs repeating but I can get done at gp surgery. I called and was informed the practice nurse has been off for some months and no date of return so I can't get it done. I asked about gp doing it and obviously a few swabs and bloods are beneath them. I cannot have op till done and have been waiting in agony 24/7 for last few years and all you have done is belittle and make me invisible. This is more devastating than you realise. I've had enough thanks to you and for all the help I haven't received
