"Colonoscopy"

About: Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital

I arrived for a routine colonoscopy at the appointed hour. It was a Saturday so it was very quiet. I was treated with utmost dignity and care throughout what is essentially a very undignified procedure! The staff were delightful and very caring throughout, from the reception desk to the initial 'checkin procedure' through to the lovely cup of tea and biscuits afterwards. They were always trying to make me feel at ease, and I could not have had better care throughout the process. Please pass on my thanks to all the staff. I would have no qualms about recommending the DTC at North Hants Hospital for treatment.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your procedure at the DTC. It is always lovely to read positive comments on the care and treatment patients receive. I will share these kind words with the team who I am sure will greatly appreciate them. Mary Edwards, Chief Executive Mary.edwards@hhft.nhs.uk
