What I liked

Everyone had time to talk to me and I really felt part of everything that was to happen to me. The Colney Ctr (cancer), Chemo and ENT all made it a really good experience despite the need in the end for major surgery. Even the consultant was happy to phone my wife to reassure her. I go in on the 8th for voice box removal. Oh yes and the guys in the red waist coats who hand out tea in chemo - keep on doing what you're doing!

What could be improved

As with any hospital there is room for improvement. Communications between departments could be tweaked and there is always the problem of appointments running late thus the tongue in cheek comment below.

Anything else?

A 36 hour day could be implemented thus allowing appointments to always be on time L.O.L.

Pleased to hear you have had a good experience and we'll pass the feedback on, including about the need for better inter-department commmunications. Like your idea of a 36 hour day, just not sure how we'd do it!
