"Such care."

About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead)

I just had to write this review to thank the staff .On Friday I had an Op to remove a MM I also had to have a skin graft. I arrived in a very nervous state especially as I was about to have it done by local anaesthetic ! From the moment I arrived at the reception desk I was treated by everyone with kindness and care. They all helped to put me at ease and made me feel more relaxed almost instantly. After the Op while in recovery a nurse even went off to find my rather worried husband and took him a map to show him how to leave main car park and pick me up just outside recovery area. Thank you all so much.

Dear Mrs Miller Thank you for your review. The experience of coming to hospital can be daunting and I was so pleased to read that the staff were able to make you comfortable and put you at ease. Our staff always appreciate when compliments on their patient care and communication come through, so we will ensure this is passed onto them. We hope that you are now making a speedy recovery. Kind regards, Nicolle Tadman, Patient Experience Manager
