"Communication is staggeringly, unbelievably bad"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

Can't quite comment (yet) on the quality of care received, but to extract information about my condition and treatment from the staff, has proved so far an incredibly frustrating and painful exercise. I will try to be assigned to another hospital for the rest of my treatment.
