"All hospitals should be like this..."

From the moment I was admitted as a day patient and throughout my brief stay and operation every member of the medical team without exception took time to talk me through everything and I was treated with the highest standard of care and consideration. The nurse that completed my admission, the nurse who gave me after care, the consultant, the anaesthetist, in fact everyone that had contact with me during my visit deserve recognition for the very high standards of care that they achieve. All hospitals should be like this - if the government are looking at how the NHS and private hospitals should be run then they need look no further than The Oaks which I believe sets the gold standard. Thank you to everyone at the hospital - don't change a thing.
