About: Bristol Royal Infirmary

I went to the endocrine clinic and saw a very good doctor there but I was very disappointed to be told by the secretary I have no clinic letter and the results for blood tests they did on me went missing. When I informed my practice they told me the hospital should have had the results back within a week. The endocrine secretary told me to go back to my practice to get these results and my practice told me to go back to the endocrine secretary. It was my first appointment and if they can't get clinic letters out to our doctors within a reasonable amount of time it makes me question their organisation and competence.
