"can't get a response to book a private paying MRI..."

I have left two voicemail message over the last few days as the Radiology department do not answer teh phoen and do not respond to voicemail messages on theri system. there fore I phoned anothe department to see if there was a staffing shortage in Radiology or a telephony system issue. I was bluntly told it was nothing to do with their department and the absolutelkey nothing they would do to help me. they refused to pass on a message. They just said that i will get a call at som point. Eventualy they redirected my call back to main switchjboard who then repeated all of teh above and then just cut me off instead of transferring me to someone else in radiology! unbeliveable attitude form a private company. this is teh sort of poor behaviours we have come to expect from the public sector workers, but is tottally unnaceptabel when I am paying their wages directly with £600+ for a scan I have to pay for. You have just lost my business to the Nuffield as the NHS waiting list is weeks and i don't think i can go on any longer. your sincerely and in extreme pain, Mr S. Dude.
