"Ear,nose and throat dept 25/6/2015"

Basildon hospital as has a lot of bad press but I cannot praise highly enough of the treatment and the way I was treated on my arrival at booking in,going to hospitals can Be a stressful but the way the doctor and nurse reassured me in the ear nose and throat Dept was very professional and the way they explained my problem and how to treat it was Simple and easy to understand,also whilst I was waiting for my son to pick me up a gentleman from the new port at Stanford le hope who lived in Liverpool hurt his foot this morning was waiting for someone to pick him up said he couldn't believe how quick he was treated and said he would have hours being treated back home in Liverpool,so all the hard work you have put under difficult times is exceptional once again a big thank you
