What I liked

Everyone seemed happy in their jobs and spoke to both myself and my husband who accompanied me when they met us. I felt like they really cared about me and wanted to find a solution to my long term problem with my knee.

What could be improved

Map/directions could be put on the reverse of the clinic/appointment letter, I didn't realise this and therefore when I picked up the letter to take with me I didn't have directions or a map.
