"I have visited ST Johns Day Assessment ..."

What I liked

I have visited ST Johns Day Assessment Unit many times in the past few weeks for various reasons, i was always reassured and informed of what was happening, although i sometimes had a bit of a wait, the staff were nothing but apolegetic and friendly throughout my visits.

I found the hospital to be clean and the staff continually sanitise theis hands with the readily available hand wash round every corner.I also had brief contact with the labour and post natal wards and found them to be just as helpful, supportive and friendly.The staff also remebered facts and figures from my previous visits even though they must see hundreds of patients every week.They were also over worked and i know that on at least 2 occasions stayed a couple of hours overtime, yet still had a smile on their faces. Iam now very relaxed at the thought of having my second baby there in the coming week.

What could be improved

There is a long wait if you don't have an appointment, but this can be said of all hospitals and can only be changed with the aid of more staff.
