What I liked

I was well cared for and treated with respect most of the time the ward was clean and the staff attentive the doctors took the time to explain my treatment options which was reassuring. I would like to praise the domestic staff and porters who were always cheerful and helpful

What could be improved

The treatment of older patients was sometimes distressing asthey were left unfed or if they had speech difficulties they were simply ignored I know that they can be more difficult to manage so maybe a healthcare assistant dedicated to the older patient should be introduced
