"Not nice"

I watched staff and patients abused. I was unwell myself and I have had nothing but intrusive trouble from unsupportive, incompetent by the book staff since leaving. Some staff bent over backwards to help, but it felt like a restrictive place. No one could heal here.

I am sorry to hear of your poor experience. I have contacted the Director of Mental Health Inpatients to request that an investigation is carried out to look into the concerns you have raised.
