What I liked
The staff on B26 were fabulous, especially the sister in charge. My mother came in for a knee operation and was treated with respect and dignity by the staff.
What could be improved
The student nurse's needed a little more training in Customer service, but maybe they were a little nervous? Eye contact and vebal communication needed improving.
