Having been asked by my GP if I’d ever been to see someone in the pain clinic at an appointment some weeks ago and then on a recent appointment I asked if I could go to the pain control clinic, was surprised it was left to me if I wanted to go or not but without an explanation as to what they do.
I would like to reduce my medication for my pain but obviously it is a difficult thing to do as I am in so much pain. I would have liked more of an explanation of what the clinic does as I don’t want to waste their time.
