My experience was a very positive one. Being able to talk to a person totally unconnected who I could trust was in itself very therapeutic.
My only criticism of the service was the fact that I had to wait so long for an appointment. I wish I had access sooner when I had felt really desperate. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all concerned for making me feel “normal” again!
