What I liked

In an environment where it is more common to complain, than it is to give praise, I would like to put on record how impressed I have been with the level of service afforded to me by the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery comprised within the Bevan Ward at PAH, from reception through to the highly experienced dental surgeons.

Albeit I experienced some complications following a tooth extraction procedure, the concern shown and aftercare received right through, cannot be faulted.

I would therefore like to pass on my gratitude to all the relevant team members whom I would have encountered between May and July 2009 the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery comprised within the Bevan Ward.
